Charity Concert by Young Performers Raises $2.3 Million for President’s Challenge
Celebrating Singapore’s 60th Independence with Heart and Music
In a heartfelt tribute to Singapore’s 60th year of independence, the Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS), along with its member banks, industry partners, and associate company Credit Bureau Singapore (CBS), have raised an impressive $2.3 million for the President’s Challenge.
This generous amount was raised through donations and ticket sales at a special charity concert held at the iconic Victoria Concert Hall on June 3, 2025.
Music and Giving: A Powerful Combination
The concert showcased talented young performers, delivering memorable performances that moved the audience and inspired generosity. It was organized in collaboration with Wolfgang Violin Studio Singapore, blending musical excellence with a meaningful cause.
Supporting Corporate Social Responsibility in the Banking Industry
This concert is part of the banking industry’s wider efforts to give back to the community. The event complements the corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives of individual banks under ABS, demonstrating their commitment to social causes beyond business.
