Mr. Seah assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at the Group in September 2018, spearheading the organization’s business performance and strategic initiatives. Since joining the Group in March 2010 as an Executive Director, he played a pivotal role in supporting the previous Group Managing Director in steering the company’s operations.
His tenure at the Group saw him taking charge of operations from October 2016, notably navigating the organization through a challenging phase amid construction sector weaknesses. During this period, he adeptly led the completion of the S$200 million takeover of Lee Metal Group Ltd. in 2018, showcasing strategic acumen and successful business maneuvering.
Before joining the Group, Mr. Seah held the position of General Manager within a conglomerate of companies in the shipping business. His career commenced with the Singapore Foreign Service after obtaining Bachelor and Masters of Science degrees in Management from the prestigious London School of Economics and Political Science.
